It’s time to bare it all

Posted by Schwarzschild at 10:04:59 AM in Hamilton Watch (27)

A big, uncanny business idea has the power to create business empires, that’s why companies always make it a point to protect their business technologies and other corporate secrets with proprietary rights. Once in a while, though, some corporate giants let the world have a sneak peek into the very fabric that brought them success and recognition. This is evident in the so-called skeletonization theme among watchmakers, where timepiece technologies are stripped naked — with the watch's inside visible using see-through case designs — for the whole world to see. Just like the handsome Jazzmaster Viewmatic Skeleton Gent Auto, a Hamilton Watch that flawlessly combines tested craftsmanship with uncompromising time keeping accuracy. Its au courant design, which features brushed, skeletonized rotors as well as the individual element’s complicated H-pattern, will surely leave onlookers green with envy.

So why just be a jealous spectator when you can have your own Jazzmaster Viewmatic Skeleton Gent Auto? Available at Schwarzschild’s on Alverser Drive, an authorized Hamilton Watch dealer.

In this age of 3D printers, high-definition laser cutters, and a myriad of mind-boggling gadgets — most of which ensure unparalleled accuracy and ultra-fast results, it’s always a comforting thought that some people still cling to age-old traditional methods in creating products that demonstrate human creativity and artistry. Are you afraid of the dark?

Posted by Schwarzschild at 9:45:29 AM in Ball (25)

For a long time, reading time in the darkness had been a headache for most of us. Existing luminosity in most watches uses common luminous materials with similarly luminous colors. This is why Ball Watch came up with the highly anticipated solution to the long-persisting dilemma of reading time in the dark with its Self-Powered Micro Gas Lights (3H). This pioneering Swiss technology securely traps pure tritium gas in a borosilicate glass tube covered with luminescent substance. When the tritium’s electrons come in contact with the luminous phosphors within the glass, sustained bright light is created. Most corrosive materials as well as oil and water have essentially no effect on these tubes, which, by the way, are also resistant to extreme weather and shock.

So stop giving excuses of not knowing the time when you're amidst total darkness. Get a Ball Watch now and never fail on keeping track of time, with or without any light. Schwarzschild’s on Alverser Drive is an authorized Ball Watch dealer.

A kaleidoscopic world

Posted by Schwarzschild at 9:43:45 AM in Charles Krypell (27)

Why are roses red, the grass green, and the sky blue? Most of us don’t have the slightest idea why. Nor are we mindful that all elements of life are filled with colors, including our very selves as in one time or another, we simply get green with envy, talk in blue streak, and see red, while some of us are shrinking violets. But there’s one thing all of us know — these magnificent colors bring color to our world. Drawing inspiration from the absolute impact of colors on our lives, Charles Krypell created its classic Precious Pastel Collection, which showcases the gifted jewelry designer’s ingenious play with colors, designs, and precious/semi-precious stones. A good piece to check is the Charles Krypell 18K Yellow Gold Peridot and Diamond Ring. With 18k yellow gold, this elegant ring features natural peridot and diamonds, which are spread throughout to achieve a 3-dimensional design. This beautiful piece is made for everyday wear.

Nowadays, the norm is blue for boys and pink for girls. However, this wasn’t so in the distant past because colors, especially those of clothes, used to be gender-neutral. But that was then, this is now, and today's world has escalated the use gender-specific colors in some sort — that even in hospital nurseries, newborn infant girls wear pink headbands on their bald heads to prevent gender confusion.

Now that gender color had been settled, find the best in pink silver sterling jewelry only with Metalsmiths Sterling. What’s most important is usually unseen

Posted by Schwarzschild at 9:25:23 AM in Memoire (23)

“One sees clearly only with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eye,” so says The Little Prince in Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s literary masterpiece. Probably in the same spirit that jewelry industry giant Mémoire designed its captivating Diamond Bouquets™ Collection—which uses a cutting edge invisible setting method that needs no inside prong work. The bouquets are the nine diamonds that surround a center diamond to generate an image that is thrice bigger than the real carat weight. The “invisible” look is achieved by the innovatively engineered sizes and angles of every diamond bouquet, which allow the smaller diamonds to replicate the sparkle of a single brilliant cut diamond. The final effect: each bouquet radiating with more than 500 facets.

New exciting changes were introduced for this rebirth, spearheaded by the transition from Calibre 861 to the in-house co-axial 3330 automatic movement as well as a tachymeter scale illuminated from underneath by Super-LumiNova, which is a first in Speedmaster collection.
