Because of their love for nature, architecture, history and the arts, sisters Heath and Landon Slane
were inspired to design jewelry in 1997. The Slane
designs started in sterling silver in the belief that sterling silver jewelry should be passed from generation to generation as heirlooms from mother to daughter. With modern designs and a new heritage that builds upon a rich history, each Slane
design will become an heirloom in the future. Slane
designs draw their inspiration from historical references architecture and everyday beauty found in everyday objects. These designs are hand-cast, hand assembled and hand-finished. Every Slane
piece has its own characteristics as it is unique. Slane
pieces are also quite connected and can be mixed and matched by a Slane
collector to tell her own story. Slane
is also very committed to sustainability. Slane
uses recycled sterling silver and recycled 18-karat gold for production.
