Prestige Round Oversized by Philip Stein

Posted by Schwarzschild at 2:00:00 AM in Philip Stein (20)

Philip Stein is known to be not just a maker of watch but a promoter of well-being. But this sometimes gets overblown that people forget how aesthetically beautiful Philip Stein pieces are. What catches my eye the most is the Prestige Collection. This collection features a refined and sophisticated look backed up by Swiss-made precision. These watches are created for those who enjoy the finer things in life. This collection strikes the balance between sophistication and precision. But of all the models therein, the one that catches the eye the most is the biggest. Yes, because it is oversized - Round Oversized to be exact. This model is has a rose gold and white dial with date display and single time zone. It has an interchangeable strap and is of course fitted with Philip Stein's Natural Frequency Technology.
If you are big for big round watches, be sure to check this out over at Schwarzschild's at Short Pump Town Center.

A Legacy of Music and Time

Posted by Schwarzschild at 5:00:00 AM in Philip Stein (20)

What do Philip Stein and international music start Lea Salonga have in common? For CEO and co-founder Will Stein, the company and world-acclaimed Filipino singer share the same values of "passion, excellence, and purpose." In early July 2015, Philip Stein unveiled its Legacy Collection watches, which Ms. Salonga collaborated in the design. This limited edition Philip Stein comes in stainless steel oval cases, mineral glass with sapphire coating, mother of peal dials, and topped with a silver sunray finish. The oval shape design was made specifically to enable a dual time zone feature, which is a must for sought-after international artists like Ms. Salonga. The watch also has an interchangeable silf calf strap in teal blue, a G-clef on the number six on the lower dial and is packages in a special black wooden box, with with two extra straps and even a personal note from the singer.

Philip Stein's Vibrant Side

Posted by Schwarzschild at 11:00:20 AM in Philip Stein (20)

Just in time for summer, Philip Stein offers a basketful of fruits: the Fruitz Collection. Known for its downbeat, low-key elegance that exudes serenity, Philip Stein gives us a glimpse of its playful side with this collection. Inspired by the sweet colors of various fruits, Fruitz is both stylish and lively. One model has the colors of watermelon, juicy and vibrant, while another piece reminds us of orange. Yet another is a ticking grapefruit. The  collection is available in small 36 case size and large 43 case size. All items feature quartz movement, an integrated strap attachment, and stainless case material. Of course, the Natural Frequency Technology is built-in across this collection, ensuring that you get a nice sleep and stress-free day amidst all the excitement around this watch.

There’s More to It

Posted by Schwarzschild at 2:12:53 PM in Philip Stein (20)

Philip Stein is a luxury brand that doesn’t just offer good looking, durable and accurate timepieces. There’s something more to it. In the Philip Stein philosophy there is always something more to than just external looks or even the obvious function. Philip Stein includes a special technology in every piece. This technology is dubbed as the Natural Frequency Technology. It is encapsulated in a disc and is programmed to be like an antenna that picks up beneficial natural frequencies to fulfill a particular need. Philip Stein watches and bracelets with this technology are designed to help wearers cope with stress and improve their focus while Philip Stein sleep bracelets are designed to help wearers fall asleep naturally and awake in a refreshed state.
If you are looking for a watch that is more than just a beautiful instrument of telling time, try and check out Philip Stein pieces at Schwarzschild’s at Carry Town.

Look Good, Live in Tune

Posted by Schwarzschild at 1:12:11 PM in Philip Stein (20)

A Philip Stein timepiece isn’t just a beautiful timepiece. It is so much more than that. Each Philip Stein piece is embedded with a natural well-being technology that is believed to make the wearers live in tune with natural frequencies and can affect their overall wellbeing positively. But this doesn’t take away anything from the pieces as well because the pieces look stunning. They come in very contemporary and sophisticated designs. Philip Stein Ladies’ watches come in comfortable interchangeable straps and a distinctive dual time zone functionality. One can argue that Philip Stein has it all figured out – the look, the quality, the function and a good overall wellbeing. Isn’t that a good life to live?

How to sleep on long-haul flights

Posted by Schwarzschild at 3:33:23 PM in Philip Stein (20)

It’s ten hours from Nagoya to New York and you’re trapped in a tiny seat sandwiched between two big guys. Your legs can’t stretch any further and your arms are squeezed in because both armrests are taken by your neighbors. You think of sleeping the whole flight through, but how can you? Get your phone and listen to soft music. Better yet listen to static because studies have shown a continuous flat acoustic line can send the brain into a catatonic state. Another good dozing tactic is to listen to an academic lecture about the merits of kernings in visual communications or a similar type of talk in YouTube. Seriously, you can wear a Philip Stein, the watch that balances your inner frequency so you can have a good night hundreds of miles up there.

Importance of Sleep

Posted by Schwarzschild at 2:53:34 PM in Philip Stein (20)

In our hurried workaholic culture, it’s easy to take sleep for granted. Some of us even regard sleep as an act of laziness; time that can be reallocated to work instead. But health researches advise us not to scrimp on sleep for six reason. First, sleep improves our learning ability and memory. Second, sleep improves our metabolism and weight by balancing hormones to control our appetite. Third, sleep lowers risk of accidents especially in blue-collar tasks like machine operations or long-haul driving. Fourth, it improves mood, allowing you to create better relationships. Fifth, sleep protects you against cardiovascular disease. Lastly, sleep reinforces your immune system against diseases. That’s six reasons why you may want to invest in a Philip Stein patented Natural Frequency technology, which helps you gain better sleeping. The chi in Philip Stein

Posted by Schwarzschild at 2:08:26 PM in Philip Stein (20)

Luxury watches need not be just for a show. They can aid you in living a healthy life.  Philip Stein has unlocked the secrets of natural frequencies that are said to affect our bodies’ inner balance. The unique proprietary technology disc in a Philip Stein helps you to re-tune to these natural sounds. Accordingly, the noise generated by modern lifestyle — vehicular traffic, air traffic, crowd noise, loud music, etc. — disturbs our internal clockwork that, when left unchecked over long periods of time, can stress our general well-being. The Philip Stein Natural Frequency Technology picks up and channels the natural frequencies to restore balance in your body and mind. The result is a stress-free life, not to mention a stylish one at that. The Chinese call it chi, Philip Stein calls it a novel technology inspired by eastern philosophy.

Health is a true luxury

Posted by Schwarzschild at 7:15:30 AM in Philip Stein (20)

When owners Will and Rina Stein combined their years of business experience and watch design skills more than ten years ago, the world was introduced to a new set of subdued glamorous timepieces with a touch of tranquility. The Philip Stein watch quickly earned the luxury industry’s attention for its novelty designs and, primarily, for its unique Frequency Technology signature. The watch uses natural frequencies thought to provide an internal balance in the body to improve one’s general wellbeing. Combining wellness with luxury, Will and Rina embarked on a journey of self-styled timepieces that, today, feature two-tone stainless steel cases and bracelets, fixed bezels and gold-toned dials, among others. Philip Stein watches are also popular for its minute markers on its outer rims accented by Roman numerals and Arabic hour markers.

Dress watch tips

Posted by Schwarzschild at 3:42:16 PM in Philip Stein (20)

The fine if not unique lines of a Philip Stein are classic, and combined with leather strap, the signature timepiece is a picture of an elegant dress watch. Indeed, a Philip Stein is an easy way to upgrade your formal dress from smart to really cool. In celebration of dress watches, here are a few tips (but not cardinal law) on the DOs and DONTs of wearing dress watch like a Philip Stein. The watch should be made of precious metal, either sterling silver, gold or platinum and it should be analogue, not a LED display. It must have discretion or subtle approach in style, not too much “bling-bling” common in a sports watch. As a general rule, the watch’s metal should match the cufflinks, belt buckle and other jewelry worn by the man. But a man can come up with a distinct sleek style even by combining different metals. Overall, it’s his taste for balance that will dictate his fashion sophistication.

Natural Wonder

Posted by Schwarzschild at 2:30:42 PM in Philip Stein (20)

How about using your watch to create balance in life? That’s the core of a Philip Stein timepiece. It’s a luxury item, but its true spirit lies in its ability to channel the right frequency to your body. Its propriety technology called Natural Frequency Technology uses minute sounds that organisms—from cells, plants, and to full-grown living things including humans—emit in the natural environment. These sounds create a balance in the natural world, but the modern age has brought in artificial sounds with it; thus, disrupting the natural flow of frequencies. A Philip Stein watch acts like a natural antenna, seeking the natural frequencies and channeling it through your body. The results is an improved general well-being, a relaxing sleeping, and overall health improvement. It’s a luxury you can definitely live with.

Watch Your Health

Posted by Schwarzschild at 1:08:12 PM in Philip Stein (20)

Philip Stein elevates luxury timepieces from stylish items to a technology tool for well-being. Called the Natural Frequency Technology, this patented system is built inside Philip Stein watches using a proprietary disc.  The watch catches natural frequencies that are beneficial to health, such as an aid to better sleep, less tension and improved concentration. Our environment is said to be surrounded by frequencies that affect our bodies down to how our cells behave in certain frequencies. However, the modern age produces artificial frequencies that are said to disrupt many of our bodies’ natural frequency behaviors. Philip Stein’s Natural Frequency Technology is supposed to balance helpful frequency back to enhance your wellbeing. Indeed, wearing a Philip Stein is not only stylish, but healthy, too.

Uniquely Stein

Posted by Schwarzschild at 11:07:09 AM in Philip Stein (20)

Philip Stein is always a luxury timepiece for the fashionably confident. Its watches can be liberal in design, as one model, the Signature, features two sets of dials that function seamlessly. Likewise, the Prestige model can be especially broad-minded with the inner engineering revealed via a peephole. It is confident and even defiant for a luxury watch. Meantime, the Active model also has its share of unique appeal: the bold golden rim and its matte black hue gives it a masculine look, while maintaining its feminine side with the slender strap. On the other hand, the Prestige timepiece is unmistakably feminine in its red theme. It teases for attention with a little naughtiness alongside. Philip Stein also has a slew of interchangeable straps to give each model subtle variations.

Petite beauty

Posted by Schwarzschild at 1:26:51 PM in Philip Stein (20)

Gentlemen view ladies as vulnerable creatures who deserve all the care they can get, a belief that may be attributed to the fact that women are physically inferior to their male counterparts. But what women lack in physical superiority, they more than make up for in beauty and grace. As petite as they are, the female species has proved themselves an equal to men. These creatures have helped mold history in ways that only they are capable of. It must have been with this in mind that noted watchmaker Philip Stein created its Mini ladies watches. Marketed under the company's Signaturer Collection, this timepiece is made especially for the women of today. A thing of beauty in itself, this watch features a pave diamond dial and curved sapphire coated mineral crystal. But make no mistake, its elegance is complemented by a stainless steel case, making it a sturdy timepiece. It is also endowed with a leather strap to give it that chic look that any woman would love.
