Here’s how it works in four easy steps.

1. Bring Your Inspiration Into Our Stores

This is as simple as collecting pictures from magazines or printing a copy of your Pinterest board. You can make a rough sketch in a notebook. You can show us two different rings you like, and how you’d like to see them combined in one piece. Show us as many ideas as you like – more is always better.

2. Choose Your Details

This is where you get to select the type and color of the metal, the shape and cut of your diamonds or gemstones, and other fine design details.

3. We Design the Finished Piece

Next, our team of goldsmiths and jewelry designers get to work to bringing your masterpiece to life. Depending on the type of setting, we will make a detailed wax model or craft it on a computer. We’ll ask that you leave your engagement ring in the safety of our hands, so we can match your new band for a perfect fit. Our expert jewelers then produce the real thing, set your stones, and hand polish the band to perfection.

4. Pick it Up and Get Hitched!

The entire design and build process can take between 6 and 8 weeks, depending on the intricacy of your design. When it’s done, your one-of-a-kind treasure will be the ring you will love for a lifetime.
