Each and every year we look forward to one big day in June... It's that time again for our Annual Watch Event at our Short Pump Town Center location where we will debut brand new timepieces from Omega, Breitling, Frederique Constant, Hamilton and more! Not to mention we will have special deals and a gift with purchase just in case you need to really wow that special man in your life this Father's Day.
To get your gift giving juices flowing, we thought we'd give you a little sneak peek at a few our favorite pieces from the event:
The Raymond Weil Limited Edition Gibson Les Paul Freelancer
Classic with a touch of rebellion, Raymond Weil pays tribute to the legend Les Paul Gibson guitar in this limited-edition piece. This new Freelancer features a 43.5mm case made of steel and tachymeter bezel that has been enhanced with a PVD coating to further embody “Black Beauty”. The dial features circular a guilloche motif and six chords studded by fret-shaped hour markers. The timepiece is finished with Les Paul’s legendary signature at the 12 o’clock position, a split-diamond inlay date window and an ebony perforated calf leather strap. Similar to how music can link us to key moments in our lives, this watch offers an additional opportunity to keep history alive forever.
The Hamilton Khaki Navy Frogman
A purpose-built diver that was the choice of the U.S. Navy in the first half of the 20th century for its tactical dive teams, the re-release of the Hamilton Khaki Navy Frogman has been one we’ve been waiting for a long time. The new Navy Frogman has a 46mm titanium case with a red, unidirectional rotating bezel with marks for minutes and ten-minute integers in a retro font reminiscent of it’s predecessor’s era. This timepiece features a black dial with applied indexes and Super-LumiNova luminescence as well as an automatic movement with an 80-hour power reserve. As you would expect, the Navy Frogman is water-resistance to 1,000 meters which makes it the perfect accessory for all of your summer adventures.
The Breitling Navitimer 8
With new CEO at the helm, Breitling has made quite a few changes to their line up this year. Originally introduced at the Breitling Road Show in New York City this February, the new Breitling Navitimer 8 B01 is a 43mm chronograph designed with pilots in mind - a vision that is part of the company's past, present and future. The timepiece is equipped with a COSC-certified chronometer in-house movement, the Breitling 01. The hands are faceted daggers which are coated in Super Luminova as are the hour markers, making the face legible in low light conditions. Pump-style pushers and a large crown occupy the right side of the watch case, which is sealed enough to guarantee 100 meters of water resistance. Constructed of stainless steel with a blue or black dial and rose gold with a bronze dial, the Navitimer 8 B01 is tested and ready for whatever you throw at it.
The Tissot Chrono XL Classic
The Tissot Chrono XL Classic is a great watch for those looking for a sporty and elegant chronograph, with Swiss technology at an unbeatable price. This timepiece features an ETA quartz movement with 30-minute and 1/10 of second counters, 60-second chronograph hand and the ability to split functions. It is water resistant up to 330 feet, includes scratch resistant sapphire crystal a leather strap.
The Omega De Ville Tresor
Characterized by its thin, gold case, the De Ville Trésor follows a long tradition of exquisite Omega watches made with women in mind. While inspiration has been taken from nearly 70 years of development, the new Trésor embodies it’s predecessors’ spirits by combining classic Omega design and the most advanced movement technology known. This timepiece features an 18 carat rose gold case accented by 38 diamonds weighing a total of .49 carats. It showcases a silver dial, rose gold Roman markers and alligator strap. This watch also has a one-of-a-kind pattern on the reverse side but we’ll let you check that out in person.
